Lead Sack Seals.
The middle seal is of Russian origin and features the Russian Imperial Double-Headed Eagle circa 1721-1917.

These were to seal the sacks as proof of the vendors goods. Each vendor had their own personal tamper proof seal.

Made from lead. Size 3/4″ inches.

Dated 18th – 20th century.
