A Miners Pocket Watch Case.
A common type of miners pocket watch case.
Made from brass and glass with a threaded screw front. Size 3 1/2″ x 2″ x 1″ inches.
This type enabled you to see the watch through the glass without having to remove it from the case.
These cases were produced in slightly different sizes No2, No4 etc. This one is slightly smaller with No2 stamped into the casing.
