Chinese Tri-Blade Arrowheads. Made from Bronze. These small arrowheads were triple pierced and found in the Xinjiang Region of China. Made from bronze. Size average 1 1/4″. Dated 700 – 500 BC.  Arrowheads similar to these were made with pierced slits designed to whistle when flying through the air. It had a terrifying psychological effect on the enemy armies.

Asian Large Tri-Blade Tanged Arrowhead. This large tri-blade arrowhead was found in Asia. Made from iron. Size 3 1/2″ inches. Dated 500 – 1,000 AD. These tri-bladed arrowheads were designed to inflict maximum flesh wounds and trauma. The impact into the body would result in a wound with three cuts into the flesh making it much harder to heal.
