This is the 2nd label layout design with the text  “United Artists Music and Records Group Inc” on the left of the labels, there were three slightly different label text layouts, the first had “Stereo 45 rpm” and the 3rd had the text “Produced by Jeff Lynne”. This particular pressing has the date 1977 printed on the label, it wasn’t released until 1978.
