On The Third Day UK Sample Design Cover. Warner Bros K56021.

The cover is 13″ inches square, larger than normal album covers, it doesn’t have the cut out on the front cover to show Jeff Lynne’s face. Some sections of the cover has a white border 1/2″ inch wide. All credits and song listings are the same as the commercial covers. It is also folded but not in the correct places to form its completed shape.
