N.C.B. House Coal Consignment Note. This note is from the Nantgarw Colliery, South Wales.  Size 8 1/4″ x 4 1/2″ inches.

A Trade Sample Locked Coil Rope. This is a Latch & Batchelor Co of Birmingham, trade sample of a locked coil rope from the Selby Collieries, North Yorkshire. Made from steel and brass. Size 251mm long. 32mm rope diameter with 61mm x 31mm brass block end caps.

Daw Mill Colliery Strike Badge 1984-1985. A very rare strike badge from the Daw Mill Colliery, Arley, Nuneaton, Warwickshire. The closure of Daw Mill Colliery was announced in March 2013 and it was said to have been the last remaining colliery in the West Midlands. Pin-back type design. Size of the badge – 19mm x 20mm.
