Used in the mining industry and other occupations for marking machinery or pieces of metal work, used above and below ground by miners, welders and fitters etc.

N.C.B. Knife. An N.C.B. craftsman’s retractable knife. Made from a metal alloy. Size 6″ inches. Date 1970’s to present. The belt gangs would have originally been issued with the Hayden Nilos (conveyor belt company’s) bone-handled curved blade folding knives.
