Stigmaria Fossil. This Stigmaria is a form genus for tree roots coal forest Lycopod trees such as Sigillaria and Lepidodendron. The trees grew to 30 metres in height and 1 metre thick and flourished in hot and swampy forests. Size 12″ x 4″ x 3″ inches. The Carboniferous Period – 354 million years to 290 million years ago.
