Stigmaria Fossil. This Stigmaria is a form genus for tree roots coal forest Lycopod trees such as Sigillaria and Lepidodendron. The trees grew to 30 metres in height and 1 metre thick and flourished in hot and swampy forests. Size 12″ x 4″ x 3″ inches. The Carboniferous Period – 354 million years to 290 million years ago.

A Ringrose Firedamp Alarm. This Ringrose Firedamp Alarm was made by I.G.D. Ltd the International Gas Detectors Limited of Leeds, England. Made from plastic, glass, iron and brass. Size 10″ x 4″ x 4″ inches. Dated to the 1970’s-1980’s. These Ringrose Firedamp Alarms were made with a steel casing and also a later plastic casing version.
